Bunka - Tegowai
Bunkas serve its purpose exactly as a chefs knife. In fact, it can be easily replaced by one due to its equal function.
The only difference is that a Bunka has a lower drop from spine to tip. This comes very useful, especially from a chefs background, to do precision cuts for exactly where you want it to cut.
It is ground exceptionally thin behind the edge. It also gave me my fourth scar on my knuckle and it wasnt even sharpened. A Formidable Bunka to wield in ones arsenal.
