Deba - Tabi
At last and in due, my first single bevel Deba. This deba is more lighter than one typical deba that could seem overbearing. It is certainly inspired by a gyuto profile.
This is a single bevel bevel knife. It is intended for right handed users. Uraoshi and Urasaki are present in the back side of the blade for a thinner edge and clean cuts for all types of protein.
Single bevel blades with Urasaki require a higher skillset.
This blades intention is meat fabrication. For those who love to prepare meat, break down proteins, or get a clean precise cuts after you sear, grill, or bbq, this knife is then for you.
