Gyuto Sakimaru Umi III
This Gyuto Sakimaru is much inspired by an unagi saki. It has an intentionally longer edge length for one slice movements. It can be used for larger products, in form of meat fabrication, or simply used in place of a gyuto.
This is a joy to use, and the handle replicates that of gusts of wind or ocean currents.
With a super polish, deep compound and convex bevel geometry, it is an incredible tool to be used every day.
With a stone cold edge, its function is at its optimal performance.
