This Kirituske is one of the more unique blades that has a beautiful balance in design and function.
Kiritsukes are traditionally the Japanese slicing knife for precision, with a slight rock intended for push pull cuts. A more advanced methods for cutting.
Super polished bevels showing the Damascus cladding of steels running through with a stone cold edge.
The Kuroichi has a rustic finish, while the bevels are polished, bringing a beautiful contrast in the steel from the scaling of the knife.
