Ko ChukaBocho - Jinsoku II
$1,475.00
This Ko Chukabocho falls in line between a Nakiri and a light cleaver.
The hybrid of the grind allowed me to create a very thin edge and technical grind for cutting while also holding true to a light weight cleaver.
It does not have the cumbersome cleaver weight but rather on the lighter side.
Excels for the advanced technique of push/pull cuts.
Deep compound and convex bevel geometry, it is an incredible tool to be used every day.
The steel is RWL34 made by Damasteel. It is to date the most expensive mono steel per inch for its incredible attributes to edge retention and durability.
Every Majime knife is meticulously made by hand with simple tools and impeccable
attention to detail. No knife is the same as they are intended to be unique to their
owner.
