Ko ChukaBocho Hari
$1,475.00
This Ko chukabocho can be more seen as a hybrid of a Nakiri.
It is the thinnest compound grind in my work and is an absolute laser.
This knife could easily replace a gyuto as the daily driver.
A deep compound grind to aid in food release is present in the bevels. Copper travel in the bevels are dynamic and is one of the more unique patterns seen yet.
A classic and refined look that always represents my work through materials of black and gold in steel pairing with a white resin handle make this blade timeless
No knife is the same as they are intended to be unique to their
owner.
