Ko Gyuto - Okaruto
This Ko(light) Gyuto intended function was to be more sleek and lighthearted to do all that is necessary quick and seamlessly.
The compound grind is very close to the edge, making this blade have an excellent food release.
The Blue Burl has beautiful figuring on all eight sides of the Wa Handle, it reminds me of the oceans soft clashing waves.
