Nakiri - Kaze
Unlike most nakiris ranging between 6 and 7 inches. I made this more versatile buy having a longer edge for more use.
Nakiris truly are underrated and can be used in placement of a Gyuto.
The compound grind will aid in food release and food resistance.
I left the traditional Japanese Kuroichi finish of
contrasting black and steel, for an authentic ancient but modern look.
