Petty/Honesuki Hybrid - Kawa III
One can never underestimate the power of a petty knife for its use of quick preparation and performance.
This Blade is formidable for quick preparation. Much inspired by a Honesuki with a taller knuckle clearance, it is very thin behind the edge for any type of fabrication.
Besides a gyuto, a petty knife is the second most used knife I use because one does not rule them all. This is an awesome knife to use on the daily.
