The petty ikigai stands out from other pettys that you would see. Rustic finish on the shinogi, Copper waves like a coast, and a popping handle of blue and purple making this knife super unique.

This Blade is formidable for quick preparation. Much inspired by a Honesuki with a taller knuckle clearance and is very thin behind the edge.

Besides a gyuto, a petty knife is the second most used knife I use because one does not rule them all. This is an awesome knife to use on the daily.

- Steel Type: Cumai Chevron 80 CRV2 Core, Cryogenically Treated
- Blade Dimensions: 7" long x 1.75” wide
- Grind Type: Convex
- Handle : Blue Purple Hyper Resin, Copper Bolster

High Carbon steel naturally oxidizes. It is favored amongst cook and professional chefs for its ease of sharpening and razor bone edge. After use, it will patina, call it your own culinary footprint in your blade. A simple wipe down is necessary after use. Apply mineral oil.
