This Petty has its own beauty in characteristic of rustic and modern. Some might say Nakiri is the next runner up to use in the kitchen arsenal, lately I have been leaning towards a petty due to how useful it is for everything.
This Blade is formidable for quick preparation. Much inspired by a Honesuki with a taller knuckle clearance.
Besides a gyuto, a petty knife is the second most used knife I use because one does not rule them all. This is an awesome knife to use on the daily.
