Sujihiki Koi X has its own characteristics of rustic due its design and traditional kuroichi with a nouveau ergonomic contoured handle.

Three Koi Fish have engraved on the backside of the bevel.

When creating this blade, It went through a series of convex thinning which makes this slicer incredibly sharp and fabricates longer products like fish and meat without pull and resistance.

This knife is a true performer and not just for looks.
