Unagi Saki - Byakko
Even though Unagi Sakis are intended for fish fabrication, more specifically for eel, I make this a universal blade for anything. The profile of an unagi saki has always been the most appealing blade profile to me.
The handle composition and overall matching to the blade style all became symbiotic and flowing. This Unagi Saki turned out to be one of my favorites.
