The most complex grind Ive made in a knife usually is implemented in Bocho Nakiris.
There are two compound grinds on each side of the bevel, followed my a highly convex edge.
This Knife just makes cooking so much fun and cuts like a dream.

Every Majime knife is meticulously made by hand with simple tools and impeccable
attention to detail. No knife is the same as they are intended to be unique to their
owner.
